Wessex is always prompt with maintenance requests and I’ve never had a problem with any maintenance that was done in my apartment. Bruce and Dave removed the washer and dryer before the new appliances were to be delivered. At the time they and Tyler were able to resolve problems with the water supply valves although the problem arose again before the appliances could be installed the following Monday. Tyler was able to provide a fix and he, Bruce and Dave completed the installation that same morning. The laundry room floor was left clean and dry.

I was greatly surprised when I came home for lunch that I not only got a new dishwasher but also a new stove, microwave, and refrigerator too. Had I known that, I would have cleaned off my fridge and emptied out my stove storage area, but the maintenance people did all of that. Most things were cleaned up too. Good job.

I would like to thank Wessex for the changes and additions to the
fitness room. It feels like there is so much more room and open space,
which is handy when there are four or five people (like this morning)
using the fitness room. The functional trainer, stability balls,
medicine balls, a new bench, and TRX bands are great additions. The
extra bench will be really helpful – I used to find myself waiting for
someone to finish using the bench every week or two. And, of course,
when I run, it is usually on a treadmill in the fitness room –
temperature controlled, bug resistant, and TVs available. ūüôā

    We had two issues. One was the dryer didn’t dry the clothes from the washer and, the tv didn’t receive any channels. Brandon fixed the dryer issue immediately. Very satisfied. Mediacom however, never showed up on the day they said they would be there. They did send someone the following day however, never resolved the issue completely.

    The shades help a pretty good amount at keeping out the light, enough where it isn’t a big issue any more.

    Please thank the gentleman who came into my mess of an apartment to install the new faucet. I had just returned from a week long work conference and came down with pneumonia, so I (and my apartment) were a complete mess. Thanks!
