Wessex Assignment Agreement

Per the lease, residents may Assign the Liability of the apartment subject to Landlord’s notification of such assignment request and approval of new resident. At no point of time shall an attempt of assignment and/or advertising for an assignment of liability be conducted without notification and approval from Landlord. Any assignment, sublease, or any other transfer of Tenant’s liability under this lease is at Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
