Q. Do you allow pets?
A. One cat only is allowed. We require your signature on our Cat Addendum, an additional $20 per month in rent and a $300 non-refundable pet fee in addition to the security deposit.

Q. Is Heat included in the rent?
A. Heat is included inthe apartments. Townhome residents pay their heat.

Q. How much is the deposit?
A. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. In the event that no verifiable rental or credit history is available, applicant will either need a co-signor on the lease or increase the deposit to $1000.

Q. Is cable included?
A. Cable, as well as high speed internet, are included.
